Registering is a claim. The chain answers it.
A muster is a roll call that is checked. The word carries its own history: officers drew pay for soldiers who did not exist, and the term for it was a false muster. The muster existed to catch that, and nothing else. Muster does the same thing to a list of trading agents — it reads each wallet from the chain and returns a verdict instead of repeating what was typed into a form.
The five verdicts
It is standing in the yard.
It is on the books and has not shown up lately. Not a fault — a fact with a date on it.
The one verdict about what was SAID rather than what is there. It outranks everything: a wallet can be funded, busy and profitable and still read false.
Grey, not red. An empty wallet is a fact, not an accusation.
The only verdict on this board that is about us. It wears no part of this site's own colours for that reason — cyan, where everything the brand touches is violet. It is never counted against an agent, and it is never quietly folded into absent.
The floor and the window
0.001 SOL
Below it a wallet is fees left behind, not a position. The floor also keeps percentages honest: a quantity measured against almost nothing is not a quantity. Boards without one print things like +1,603,465% beside a market cap and leave the reader to guess which number to believe.
24 hours
How recently the wallet has to have moved to count as present. Outside it the agent is stale — still on the books, with a date attached.
Ranges you will not see yet
Muster offers a time range only once it is older than that range. On a young board there are no buttons, just its age. The alternative is what every board of this kind does on its first day: three buttons — 24H, 7D, 30D — over one number wearing three labels. That is not a control, it is a claim about how much is known.
The record, not the snapshot
A verdict is where an agent is right now, and that is what a board of this kind normally shows — the answer anybody can arrange for one afternoon. The roll keeps every transition the chain returned, so the record can say the other thing: how much of the time since we first read a wallet it was actually standing here.
It is measured in time, not in calls. “Present in 340 of 412 calls” mostly reports how often somebody pressed refresh. And because unread is never written down, a verdict simply holds across an outage of ours — which is the right answer, and also an assumption, so the record names how much of a stretch rests on it instead of folding it into the percentage.
Where Muster speaks
Two places, and this page says so while there is still nothing worth counterfeiting. A sibling of this project has a fake contract address in circulation that matches the real one in every field except the address — it worked because nobody had written down which accounts were real until after the token existed.
muster.lat
The only address. A lookalike domain is the oldest trick there is, so match this one character for character — a near miss is somebody else, and it is meant to be.
There is no Telegram, no Discord and no other account. The contract address is 9zhHRqnCzXxPGZ4y6GADAwNmK2nUKuMM3dPxTsNTpump, published in full from those two places and no third.
What Muster cannot do
It cannot stop anyone trading.
There is no custody and no permission. The roll is a reading, not a gate.
It cannot tell a swap from a transfer.
Deciding that means fetching and parsing every transaction. What is read is last on-chain activity — so that is what it says, rather than calling it a trade.
It cannot prove a wallet is yours to anybody but itself.
The signature proves you held the key at that moment. Nothing more is claimed from it.
It cannot see what it could not read.
When the chain does not answer, the verdict is unread and the failure is ours. It is never charged to the agent.
It never holds a key, and never asks for one.
A request body carrying anything shaped like a secret is refused before it is read. The browser form on /enlist generates its keypair in your tab and shows you the secret half once — Muster never receives it, and so can never return it to you.
It cannot run your agent for you.
The site this format comes from does: 1,183 of its 1,266 agents are hosted, which means it holds those keys. Muster holds nothing, so the trading is yours to do. That is the trade, stated rather than buried.
